Step 1 – Let’s Train

The first thing you need to do is to just walk in our factory and sign up for our Rookies class

· Learn the basic techniques of training:
With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment.

· Get prepared for a hell of a training workout!

Step 2 – Are we there yet?

Not quite but you’re getting there! Now that you have tried out the R class and you have an idea of what our training is all about, it’s time to ramp. Joining the on ramp course our coaches will guide you through the 9 fundamental movements so you can get prepared for the classes.

This, is where you decide if you’re ‘’Going hard or going home’’! But remember YOU are your biggest enemy, so choose your next steps carefully…

Step 3 - On your marks, Ready, Steady, Go!

You are now ready to start working out with the Regular training classes including the WOD (workout of the day) moving towards a healthier, fitter, and new life! And don’t forget that ‘’Being fit is a way of life!’’
